We have worked on many business critical projects with large multi-million pound budgets in the digital industry, working with clients as diverse as Deloitte and Touche, The BBC and Citigroup.
Orgtopia has a great deal of resource and knowledge of best practice such as PRINCE2, PMI, MSP, ITIL, agile development methods such as SCRUM, XP and DSDM. Our consultants are accredited practitioners and trainers in many of these approaches. We believe in pragmatic use of these ideas which means only implementing the parts of these theories which will have real benefits to a situation. We have a wide range of experience of taking the theory and implementing it successfully in organisations like the BBC, the UK Government’s Department of Education, BskyB and Citi.

Our consultants have worked in the digital industry for over twenty years working on software development projects, web and internet projects, hardware, networking and platform projects to digital TV, digital media and mobile communications. We have worked for clients such as the BBC, BskyB National Archives, RedBox, Deloitte and Touche and Metromedia Fibre Networks. From this work we have a deep understanding of what management approaches and skills really works in these environments and an empathy with the types of people in the industry and the challenges that they face.

We have consultants who are accredited trainers in leadership skills, communication skills, man-management skills, motivational techniques, team building and personal skills. We believe in a blended approach to developing these skills in individuals using training, on-going coaching and mentoring and interactive workshops.

Taking place in a variety of scenarios from one-on-one, or one-to- a-team regular meetings, to being done on the job, we use the very latest approaches in coaching, from cognitive behavioural coaching, to clean language and emotional intelligence. Our coaches are accredited and full members of the Association for Coaching and regularly receive accredited supervision for their work.
