David is an accredited coach and member of the Association of Coaching. He has written a range of published articles on the subject of personal development and also speaks regularly at management development events. He has worked with clients as diverse as the BBC, CITI and the Department of Education. Originally a senior manager in the IT industry he has over 10 years experience in developing senior executives and directors.

Tom Hamilton – Associate Senior Executive Coach

Tom has worked for the last five years in America, a market where coaching usage is more developed than in the UK, working with organisations such as AT & T and General Motors. He has extensive experience as an executive coach and is currently writing a book around the subject of best practice methods in coaching.

Sue Prescott - Associate Executive Coach

Sue started her career as a teacher before leaving the public sector to pursue a career in management training. She is an accredited coach and has a wide range of experience at coaching at director-level, particularly in the SME and Public Sector areas.
