Improve your leadership in six words

by David Hinde on 16/07/2009

One of the key skills of all great leaders is the ability to be self-aware – who they are, what drives them, what they like and what they hate. But holding up a mirror to ourselves can be a difficult and painful process.  However in his recent blog John Baldoni suggests we only need six words to do this. The first thing to do is ask yourself three questions:

- What gets me up in the morning?

- How can I help

- What is my influence

Using the answers that come from these questions see if you can boil down the essence of who you are in six words. Could save a fortune on psychoanalysis bills!
